House of Boxing: How To Play and Earn!

Introducing House of Boxing, the ultimate Boxing Manager Game where you take charge to Manage, Compete, and Win rewards by guiding your boxer to the top and engaging in weekly global predictive tournaments against other players.

Similar to traditional fighting games, you’ll earn coins based on your boxer’s performance. Use these coins to train, improve, level-up your boxer, and gain access to better arenas, ultimately aiming to become the World Champion.

However, what sets House of Boxing apart is its unique twist – every week, you have the chance to compete for tens of thousands of dollars in tournament prizes. These exciting tournaments are predictive competitions, where you can stake your hard-earned coins to predict real-world boxing fight winners across the globe. Depending on your performance, you’ll be ranked, and you stand a chance to win amazing rewards, including substantial cash prizes (keep an eye out for the upcoming $100,000 global tournaments in August), tickets to fights, merchandise, and valuable in-game assets.

Gameplay

In House of Boxing you assume the role of a Boxing Manager with the ultimate goal of transforming your boxer into a world champion. Prepare to embark on a dynamic and immersive gameplay experience that encompasses two distinct aspects: Career Mode and Manager Predictions.

House of Boxing career mode is the main casual gameplay mode of House of Boxing, allowing fans to control their boxer as they coach him fight after fight and strive to become the best in the world 

The Career Mode has five different core pillars:

1. Your Boxer: This is the fighter that you will be in charge of guiding towards greatness.
2. Fight The main action of the game mode, where you make your boxer fight against other fighters in the same category.
3. Training Camp: Here, you will be able to train and improve your boxer to prepare him for the next fight
4. Level-up: If you train your boxer enough, you will help him improve and level up.
5. Promotion: By improving enough and reaching higher levels, you will gain access to a new category to fight against better boxers and earn juicier rewards.

Manager Predictions is an engaging game mode where players test their boxing knowledge and strategic instincts as they attend real fights and learn from the sport’s masters in real life

Utilizing the coins earned in Career mode, players can dive into our immersive predictive gameplay, where they engage in weekly predictions of real-life fights alongside fans from across the globe. 

With the opportunity to predict outcomes and attach boosters to amplify their scores, players strive to become the victor of the week, gaining exclusive access to rewards, getting ranked, and unlocking exciting new tournaments.

In this game mode, there are four main pillars:

1. Access to tournaments: Managers will be able to access weekly tournaments that contain the list of fights for that same weekend.
2. Predict: The manager can put at stake the coins that have won during the week to predict the outcomes of that weekend’s fights.
3. Ranked Weekly: After all fights have happened, the managers will be ranked globally.
4. Win Rewards: Depending on your position and/or number of correct guesses in the ranking, you will be eligible to win rewards.

In-game assets: 

• Boosters (NFT):
  • Premium Boosters are the prized in-game assets that empower both your predictions and gameplay. These boosters, acquired through gameplay or in-app purchases, contain short clips of specific moments from real fights in Queensberry’s Archive. With varying scarcities and unique traits, Boosters add depth, strategy, and collectability to the game. By strategically selecting and utilizing boosters in your predictions, you can increase your chances of accurate outcomes, maximize rewards, and unlock access to premium tournaments with higher cash prizes.

• Energy (Soft Currency):
  • Energy is a vital resource in House of Boxing. Each fight consumes your boxer’s energy, which gradually replenishes over time. As a manager, you must strategically balance your boxer’s energy levels, deciding when to engage in simulation fights, training sessions, and other activities. Carefully managing energy ensures that your boxer remains competitive while earning valuable coins and experience points necessary for their progression.
• Coins (Soft Currency):
  • Coins serve as the soft currency in House of Boxing. You earn coins each time that your boxer emerges victorious from a fight. These coins not only mimic “real money” but also play a crucial role in the Manager Predictions game mode. You can use your hard-earned coins to place bets on various fight outcomes, engage in predictions, and challenge the world with your boxing knowledge. Coins serve as a gateway to thrilling gameplay experiences and exclusive rewards.
• Diamonds (Hard Currency):
  • Diamonds, on the other hand, are the hard currency within the game. They offer a shortcut to progress faster and accomplish milestones more quickly. With Diamond, you can purchase additional Energy for your boxer or directly acquire coins. By utilizing Diamonds strategically, you can expedite your boxer’s development, unlock new opportunities, and assert your dominance in the ring.

How to get started

This is a Free-To-Play Game, with no blockchain knowledge required, with a simple onboarding flow, simple payment flow, and with official licenses. 

To get started playing House of Boxing, you need to open an account by going through the registration process. All you need to provide at this stage is an email address. Confirm your email and log in to receive your boxer and start playing.

Once you have gone through the registration process, you will receive the boxer that you will be fighting and earning coins with. 

Fight  

By utilizing our in-house built simulation engine, leveraging the boxers’ traits, and implementing winning strategies, you can navigate the dynamic world of boxing and lead your boxers to triumph. 

Drawing upon their meticulous training and the unique attributes they have cultivated, players have the freedom to select the most suitable strategy every round at the onset of the fight and adapt it as the bout unfolds. 

This strategic flexibility greatly enhances their prospects of achieving victory and underscores the importance of skilful decision-making during intense clashes. 

Fighter Management

• Players must manage their boxer’s energy levels as each fight drains their reserves. 
• They will also wager coins in each bout, with a chance to win their opponent’s coins and training points. 
• These points are essential for enhancing their boxer’s skills, unlocking new training opportunities, and advancing their career

Soon you will be able to participate in Training Camps to level up your character’s skills and access new Arenas.

Manager Predictions

Join Your First Tournament

Now it’s time to join your first tournament. The tournament is where you will compete against other players. Each tournament has its own set of criteria, which limits what kind of “Boosters” you can have in your predictions. For example, the “Pro Tournament” only allows you to access it if you have a “Common” Booster lined up in your predictions. Also, it could be that only “Heavyweight Gold” Boosters are allowed, where only users holding a Booster of that type will be able to access to that tournament. 

Type of Boosters and its traits 

Premium Boosters are the coveted in-game assets that enhance predictions and gameplay, bringing the excitement of real boxing moments to life. 

Boosters are Web3 items containing short clips capturing specific memorable moments from fights in Queensberry’s Archive. 

You can obtain boosters by either winning them in the Basic Tournament, or you can buy them in the Marketplace of HOB.

Premium Boosters will grant you access to the Pro Tournaments, which have large pools of rewards. 

Depending on the rarity of the booster, you might be able to access more exclusive rewards than others. The rarer your booster is, the more exclusive tournaments you will be able to access.

There are four types of rarities: 

• Common: 500-5,000 copies 
• Gold: 50-500 copies 
• Diamond: 5-50 copies
• Obsidian: 1/1 

Each Booster has five main traits that impact your predictions: 

• Rarity: As described above, each rarity will contain a specific basic % Bonus that will be be applied to your prediction  
• Weight Division: if the weight division of your booster is the same as the one as the fight you are predicting, will unlock an extra % Bonus 
• Method of Victory: if your prediction matches with the method of victory from the fight featured in the booster, it will unlock an extra % Bonus 
• Round: if your final round prediction matches with the round featured in the booster, it will unlock an extra % Bonus 
• Boxers Featured: If any of the boxers featured are the same as the ones in your prediction the booster unlocks a % Bonus that will be applied to your prediction 

Make your predictions 

When placing bets, you have the freedom to choose how you allocate your coins, allowing you to adopt either a risky or conservative approach. 

For each fight, you can make predictions in the following categories:

•  Fighter Prediction
•  Method of Victory
•  Winning Round 

For each prediction, you can allocate a Booster to boost your predictions. 

If your predictions contain the same traits as the boosters, your bets will be boosted exponentially as mentioned above. 

Weekly Rewards 

House of Boxing, every week starting in August 2023, will start distributing $100,000 in weekly rewards; not only that, depending on the Tournament, will also distribute exclusive signed merchandise, tickets to fights, and more. 

As players climb up the leaderboard and achieve greatness, they gain access to exclusive rewards. These rewards vary depending on the type of tournament: 

Basic Tournament:

• Players earn Premium Boosters to elevate their predictions and gain exclusive entry to Pro Tournaments. Additionally, they accumulate Basic Boosters and Training Points to fuel the advancement of their boxers, fostering strategic development and growth.

Pro Tournaments:

• In this high-stakes tournament, players with unparalleled skill have the opportunity to claim not only cash prizes but also real-life experiences and valuable training points as rewards for their victories.

Private Tournaments (upcoming feature):

• Players play with their friends, wager their coins, and the winner is crowned champion, experiencing the rewarding satisfaction of victory.
